What are the payment terms Lanstreet accepts?
- Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express
- Wire Transfer (Required for International Order): Please accept our apologies but we do not accept international credit cards at this time.
- C.O.D Company Check, Cashier's Check or Money Order will be accepted.
- Net Terms (Must be pre-approved, please see instructions on "Corporate Accts".)
Why does Lanstreet verify my shipping address?
In order to guard against credit card fraud, if the billing and shipping address are different, we must verify that the alternate shipping address is authorized.
Please contact your credit card issuer bank and list your ship to address as an alternate address in their memo field. We will call them and verify the address. Please make sure your credit card issuer bank's phone number is listed in your account with Lanstreet.
Is Lanstreet website secure?
Lanstreet concerns our customers' online security; it is the #1 priority. All online transactions are sent through our secure server, and encrypted with 128-bit technology. Once the information is received through the Internet, trusted authorized employees will process your payment, and make sure that your information is
handled with the highest level of security.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Orders ship to California will be charged sales tax.
Customer is responsible for all duty and custom tax of orders ship to PR. PR orders will default to FedEx's International Economy shipping method and shoppers will be charged accordingly at checkout.
My company is a tax-exempt organization. How do I place an order with Lanstreet that will have no tax applied?
Place your initial order online. After you have submitted the order, fax us at 626.810.8313 with your Government Tax Exempt permit and include the order confirmation number. This only must be done one time.
Tax: All customers outside of California will NOT be charged any tax. Therefore, there is no need to fax or set up any reseller tax exemption form.
For California Resellers: Please place your first order as normal, and fax over your reseller permit and Request for Tax Exempt form with your order number. We will remove all tax from your order. Please click here to view and print our reseller tax exemption form.
For what reasons can my credit card be declined?
A credit card can be declined due to invalid credit card number, expiration date, billing address, daily limit, insufficient credit, or other reasons. Sometimes the card number itself is input incorrectly. Check with us to be sure the number has been input correctly. Contact your credit card company for more information.
Does Lanstreet know specifically why my credit card was declined?
Lanstreet will not be given a reason when a charge declines. Only that it is declined. Verify you have given us the correct numbers and expiration date. If so, please contact your credit card company or bank for information. If no resolution is reached within 2 business days, this order will be voided.
May I pay using a check or a money order?
- Yes, you can place an order and pay by check or money order. Please call us at 877.246.8294 for detailed instructions.
- For corporate organization: Company Check, Money Order and Cashier's check are accepted.
- For personal: Money Order and Cashier's Check are accepted.
